Projects management

Organize studio activities under a project and add cross references to associated songs, services, additional activities and budget sections. The result is hierarchical structure of all your studio activities mapped to the selected clients, artists, publishers, producers and accounts.

Studio diary

Manage upcoming studio events with an integral diary. StudioStation allows endless parallel diaries separated by event types, studio rooms, clients, engineers, projects, songs and artists. With one button click it is possible to convert any event into a session service item and then keep updating it from the diary or directly in the sessions services section .

 

Marketing

StudioStation includes mailing lists section with a fast and easy process for creating mailing list items based on the internal contacts book. You can keep your clients, staff or other contact groups updated with your latest studio news. Create one message that is sent instantly to all mailing list members. Also included is a reference history list holding all sent messages .

 

Studio accounting

StudioStation includes an advance accounts management section for documenting incoming and outgoing financial flows. It includes sections for invoices, client accounts, orders and vendor accounts. The information is exportable, printable and can be reported using an internal reports generator built with up to thirty different types of reports.

 

Inventory management

Keep tracking of your studio inventory with dedicated sections for stock, equipment and storage items. StudioStation also includes inventory tracker page for fast viewing of items status. Colored indicators are showing when reordering of an item is required. In-stock status counters show current stock quantities. Each equipment item has a general details section along with tabbed pages for documenting maintenance events, and renting services

Media libraries

StudioStation supplies libraries section supporting the needs of production and post production studios. Beside the ability of holding endless number of libraries this section is also offering an advance searching tool that is looking for predefined keywords in libraries, categories and media items. A media scanner tool is allowing fast insertion of large amount of files with only one button click .

Budget calculator

StudioFiles includes budget view for each project. It has special lists for tracking project activities and them prices, client payments, and a summery list for a project's financial balance. All together completing a full budget picture

 

Unlimited Contact services

StudioFiles includes advanced contacts book. For each contact it is possible to create associated services to describe the optional role a contact can take during studio activities. By specifying a price for each service you can automate costs calculations in the Project's budget section and during the invoice creation process

 

Complex studio scheduling

StudioFiles allows complex scheduling by suppling various filters and display modes. It is possible to manage independent diary for each studio room, client, project and even engineer

Session Services

Each session includes dedicated part for session's services for full session's activities documentation. Each specified service is also included immediately in the project's financial balance calculations

Exported data

Almost all stored data in StudioFiles is exportable. This feature includes all application's lists as well as the internal reports generator

Database backups

Full database recover mechanism included. At any time it is possible to save a backup of current database or restore saved databases
